Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Team Lead HR Operations EMEA to manage the HR Service Desk, coach a team across NL, UK, ES, ME, DE, and drive service improvements. You will monitor KPIs, SLA adherence, backlog trends, and stakeholder communications in a hybrid role (3 days in the office).

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, align global processes with local needs, and ensure compliant, timely HR transactions while supporting workforce planning and workload distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading an HR service delivery team.
• Experience in HR operations or HR service desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Service Agents to deliver high‑quality support.
• Deliver HR services in line with defined processes and SLAs, improve service quality and efficiency.
• Drive alignment of global processes with local needs and implement process improvements.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and employees; support change initiatives.
