Job summary

Aratas Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our OCB business across the EMEA region, combining strategic partnering with hands-on HR operations.

You will work with senior management across Europe and Japan to drive people initiatives that support growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee development, including payroll, benefits, and HR programs in multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience within an international organization.
• Experience managing payroll, benefits, and third-party HR vendors.
• Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and employee development across the region.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administration across EMEA.
• Lead annual HR cycles and regional/global HR projects.
