Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking an HR Advisor Northern Europe to support managers and employees across the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway. The role combines hands-on HR delivery with strategic business partnering to drive performance and employee experience.

You will work in a cross-border team with autonomy and ownership, shaping HR processes and contributing to integration and change projects. The position offers hybrid work, a competitive gross monthly salary, and strong development

Formación

• Several years of experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong working knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Experience partnering directly with managers on employee relations and performance topics.
• Experience in an international, multi-site or multi-country environment.
• Languages: strong communication skills in English; Dutch and/or a Nordic language is an advantage.
• Must-haves: hands-on mindset, independence, ownership, discretion and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, workforce planning and organizational change.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, contract changes, documentation, probation, absence, mobility and offboarding.
• Guide managers through performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters with a fair and compliant approach.
• Shape scalable HR processes and contribute to integration, change and improvement projects.
