Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal, Business Development (EMEA) to partner with EMEA Sales and Sales Engineering leaders to shape and execute the region’s growth strategy. You will connect market opportunities to field execution, prioritizing segments and accounts, and leading customer and alliance initiatives.

The role requires HLS credibility, data and AI platform fluency, commercial ownership, and the ability to influence across country sales, partners, and corporate

Qualifications

• Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management in tech, with deep customer solutions understanding.
• Knowledge of cloud economics, and regulatory, data, and compliance needs in EMEA Healthcare & Life Sciences.
• Ability to influence across partner organizations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance for the EMEA HLS segment and drive multi-year growth.
• Define the EMEA value proposition to establish Everpure as the industry leader.
• Architect & execute joint GTM plans with Priority partners and cross-functional teams.
• Orchestrate strategic alliances and reference architectures with key partners.
• Enable and mobilize the partner ecosystem with tools, training, and playbooks.
• Drive joint demand generation and thought leadership through customer meetings and events.
