Job summary

Medline International BV in Utrecht is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA Sales & Marketing to partner with senior commercial leaders across 27 countries and drive organizational growth, leadership capability, and workforce performance.

You will translate business strategy into people initiatives, influence senior leaders, and lead talent management, organizational design, and cross-functional HR programs across the region. Willingness to travel within EMEA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering or HR leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and support commercial organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Experience operating in an international, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and rapid growth.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA.

• Use HR data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on workforce planning, engagement, turnover, and organizational performance.
• Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Technology, and Learning & Development.
• Support the delivery of key HR processes, including compensation reviews, talent planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.

Based at our EMEA headquarters in Utrecht, you will partner with senior commercial leaders across 27 countries and play a key role in driving organizational growth, leadership capability, and workforce performance. Reporting to the Senior HR Director EMEA, you will support the Sales & Marketing organization across regions including DACH, France, UK & Ireland, Iberia, Benelux, Italy, Middle East & Africa, and Eastern Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with senior Sales & Marketing leaders across EMEA on strategic people topics.
