Uber's Central Ops Delivery for EMEA is seeking a growth-focused operations leader. You will own end-to-end consumer growth initiatives, combining analytics, CRM, and cross-functional collaboration to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.

In this hands-on role, you will spot opportunities in data, design and ship programs, and scale successful initiatives across multiple markets with Local Ops and Product teams. You will drive measurable outcomes and own the results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Operations, Program Management, CRM, or Growth Marketing.
• Proficient in reading and writing SQL.
• Data-driven problem solver with sound business judgment.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Owns outcomes with a take-charge attitude.
• Wants to shape Uber's consumer experience across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Live and breathe the Consumer's journey and own pain points.
• Own and drive consumer strategy based on data and metrics.
• Design, run, evaluate, and act on experiments.
• Scale successful initiatives across EMEA with Local Ops.
• Oversee the consumer journey end-to-end to improve engagement and reduce churn.
• Coordinate across teams to land initiatives and meet timelines.
• Build CRM solutions with internal tools and collaborate with CRM teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to hit shared goals and communicate risks.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions and own the outcome.
