Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Operations, Program Management, CRM, or Growth Marketing.
• High proficiency in reading and writing SQL.
• Data-first problem solver with sound business judgment and a track record of driving consumer growth.
• Strong program management and communication skills with a focus on execution.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for results, not just output.
• Ability to shape how millions of consumers experience Uber across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Live and breathe the consumer journey, owning pain points and solutions.
• Own and drive consumer strategy based on data and business metrics.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments; implement data-backed recommendations.
• Scale successful programs across EMEA and share learnings globally.
• Oversee the end-to-end consumer journey to boost engagement and reduce churn.
• Coordinate across Local Ops, CRM, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
