Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Senior Field & Partner Enablement Manager, EMEA, to build and scale a regionally aligned enablement engine across internal sales, technical teams, partners, and alliances.

You will report to the Head of Global Enablement and translate global programs into cohesive regional execution, partnering with EMEA leadership to deliver measurable outcomes for Horizon3 across markets. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enablement or related GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building and scaling enablement programs for multiple audiences.
• Onboarding, curriculum design, and program management expertise.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Experience supporting field readiness for launches and partner activation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the EMEA enablement strategy across internal teams, partners, and alliances.
• Deliver coordinated enablement for EMEA sales and technical audiences.
• Support new product and feature readiness for positioning and workflows.
• Partner with regional leaders to improve consistency of sales motions.
• Develop sales and technical enablement for partner positioning.
• Create partner learning paths, accreditations, and assets.
• Translate global priorities into region-specific programs.
• Maintain a rolling regional enablement roadmap.
