Job summary

Horizon3, a cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Field & Partner Enablement Manager, EMEA, to lead a regional enablement engine across sales, technical teams, and partners. You will translate global programs into cohesive regional execution and collaborate with EMEA leadership and product teams.

You will build the EMEA enablement strategy, deliver coordinated programs for multiple audiences, and ensure readiness for product launches and messaging.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enablement and GTM roles across B2B SaaS.
• Experience building enablement for internal sales, technical teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the EMEA enablement strategy across internal teams, partners, and alliances.
• Deliver coordinated enablement for EMEA sales and technical audiences, including AEs, SEs, CSMs, partner teams, and revenue roles.
• Support new product and feature readiness so teams can communicate positioning, use cases, workflows, and outcomes.
• Partner with regional leaders to improve consistency in sales motions tied to customer risk and business value.
• Develop sales and technical enablement so partners can position Horizon3 effectively and support customer conversations.
• Create partner learning paths, accreditations, and assets tailored to partner types.
• Translate global priorities into region-specific programs reflecting EMEA needs and GTM motions.
• Maintain a rolling regional enablement roadmap with priorities and measurable outcomes.
