Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead, Teammate Relations EMEA to guide employee relations across EMEA Retail and Corporate, ensuring fair and confidential handling of concerns and investigations.

The role also governs sickness/leave processes and partners with multiple internal teams to standardize practices. The position follows a hybrid schedule with Amsterdam-based work, requiring strong governance, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills to minimize risk and ensure

Qualifications

• Proven experience in employee relations, investigations, and confidential matters.
• Strong understanding of employment law across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Ability to design governance frameworks, RACIs, and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, and employee concerns across EMEA Retail and Corporate.
• Own sickness and leave governance framework; define processes and manager guidance.
• Develop dashboards, playbooks, and governance processes to scale ER across regions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Operations, Legal and external vendors.
