Under Armour in Amsterdam seeks a Director, Distribution and Logistics to lead EMEA DC operations, transport and trade compliance across Wholesale, Distributors, and DTC. You’ll own performance, set ambitious goals, and partner with 3PLs to deliver quality, cost efficiency and service levels.

The role focuses on shaping a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and delivering executive-level reports while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations or project/process management.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrate results-driven leadership with an enterprise mindset.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms) effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA SC leadership across four functions and supervise DC, inbound/outbound logistics and trade compliance.
• Drive improvements, align with 3PL partners, and ensure service, cost and revenue goals.
• Develop reports and executive summaries for internal/external stakeholders.
• Set departmental performance goals and monitor progress.
