Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Manager, Inventory & Allocations to lead a high-performing team in optimizing inventory across EMEA channels. The role focuses on accurate allocation, discrepancy management, and driving improvements through data-driven insights.

You will partner with Global and Regional teams, own the I&A roadmap, and ensure SOPs are up to date while mentoring teammates in a hybrid Amsterdam setting.

• Proven system and process knowledge related to order management and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risk and opportunities based on data and KPIs.
• Able to communicate complex matters across all levels clearly.
• Proven people management capabilities and development focus.
• Escalates risks with clear overview to Sr. Manager.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for allocation, inventory control and corrections for EMEA channels.
• Oversee allocation of orders to optimize service levels and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies between systems, stores and partner locations.
• Develop and drive the roadmap for I&A aligned with LRP and stakeholder input.
• Engage with internal and external partners to translate needs into actionable ideas.
• Ensure knowledge sharing and education on new functionalities.
