Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA region. The role combines strategic segment leadership with hands-on offer management to align market needs with portfolio execution.

Location preferences include the UK, Ireland and Western Europe, with remote-working flexibility across the region. You will define sub-segments, guide pricing and ROI analysis, and work closely with PLMs, marketing and sales to drive growth in the data center segment while aligning with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• 10–15 years in offer management, strategy or related roles.
• Experience with outcome-based business models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive segment strategy; lead the SP process and scorecards.
• Lead offer design, pricing, ROI analysis, and market launches.
• Develop system sales enablement tools and value propositions.
• Align with Profit Plan and monitor KPI-driven performance.
• Coordinate with PLMs, marketing and regional sales for execution.
