Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Manager for the EMEA Critical Power Solutions Business Unit. This position focuses on driving growth across the Data Center space. The role is open to candidates in the Netherlands and other EMEA countries, allowing for remote work options.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of electrical equipment, and a track record of developing strategic client relationships. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the Data Center industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical equipment in low-voltage applications.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive CPS business development within Data Center key accounts across EMEA.
• Establish cooperation with key account teams and sales ecosystem.
• Support product launches and provide market insights.
