Job summary

Dyson is seeking an Associate Customs Manager for our EMEA Customs Team in Amsterdam. You will lead post-clearance compliance programs, help with trade data analysis, and guide internal stakeholders as well as external partners on regulatory questions.

You will collaborate across operations, supply chain, legal, and finance, ensuring accurate classifications, duty optimizations, and timely responses to authorities. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customs compliance across EMEA.
• Strong analytical and auditing experience.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited resources.
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/trade data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute post-clearance audit programs.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee customs brokerage compliance reporting using data analytics.
• Be the operational contact for customs brokers and resolve queries.
• Support HS classification and origin determination across EMEA.
• Collaborate with APAC team on FTA effectiveness and duty savings.
• Assist audits and respond to queries from customs authorities.
