You will collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams, navigate evolving EMEA regulations, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, highly regulated logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Compliance-first mindset to navigate regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Customs Specialists in the Netherlands.
• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations across borders in EMEA.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Act as escalation point for complex declarations and regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance to meet targets and compliance standards.
