Flexport seeks a Corporate Paralegal to own governance for its EMEA entities, maintaining statutory registers, minutes, and corporate records across jurisdictions.

You will prepare board resolutions, manage filings, support new entity formations, and coordinate with local counsel, banks, and tax advisors.

This role sits in the Global Legal Team and collaborates with Finance, Tax, People, and Compliance to keep data current.

Formación

• 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Experience setting up new legal entities in new countries (formation, licensing, bank accounts).
• Familiarity with governance filings and corporate records across major EMEA markets.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance for Flexport's EMEA entities across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and maintain board/shareholder resolutions, consents, minutes, and governance docs.
