This role supports Legal and Compliance matters across multiple markets, involving drafting contracts and advising on governance. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Law and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is a must, and experience in an international business environment is advantageous. Working closely with the Head of Legal and senior stakeholders, you will advise on a broad range of Commercial, Compliance, and Governance matters in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Based in Amsterdam, this role offers strong exposure to leadership and the chance to contribute to strategic projects, including potential M&A activity.

Key responsibilities of the Legal Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial contracts and Legal agreements
• Support Compliance, due diligence, and regulatory matters
• Advise on Corporate Governance and day-to-day Legal matters
• Work with local Legal teams and external Counsel on international issues
• Provide Legal support on wider business and strategic projects

Candidate profile

• Master's degree in Law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in an international or fast-moving business environment is advantageous
• Exposure to Compliance matters would be beneficial
• English fluent - Portuguese and French a plus, but not essential
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident working with stakeholders across the business
