Paralegal - Employment Law

Your impact

You will help the team deliver practical, timely and high-quality legal support to colleagues and stakeholders, while strengthening the structures, processes, templates and knowledge resources that enable the firm to execute its People Strategy across jurisdictions.

You will support the Employment Law Team across the EMEA region on a broad range of employment-related matters.

You will own and coordinate important workstreams, including maintaining matter trackers, organizing employment documentation, supporting litigation and investigation processes, coordinating with local counsel and internal stakeholders, preparing first drafts of templates and communications, and helping the team improve recurring processes through better knowledge management and project discipline.

  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
