Job summary

People2.0 is seeking a Paralegal to provide administrative support to the legal counsel. This temporary role is up to 9 months, 2-3 days per week, aiding integration across EMEA with a focus on sub-regional expertise. Strong organizational skills and proactive collaboration are valued.

Ideal candidates will have fluency in English and Dutch, experience with labor/regulatory laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting audits and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch essential.
• Experience in labor and regulatory laws.
• Understanding of the rules surrounding labor leasing, temporary workers, and employment law status would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Sub-Regional Legal, Contract and Compliance functions.
• Support audits from regional regulatory bodies and carry out enterprise risk initiatives.
