Job summary

People 2.0, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal counsel on compliance projects and administrative duties. This temporary role runs up to 9 months and requires 2–3 days per week in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree or be a law student, fluency in English and Dutch, and knowledge of labor and regulatory laws. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with multiple regional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch essential.
• Experience in labor and regulatory laws.
• Understanding of labor leasing, temporary workers, and employment law status desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administration of Sub-Regional Legal, Contract and Compliance function.
• Support audits from regional regulatory bodies and employer federations; assist with enterprise risk initiatives.
