Job summary

Cold Chain Technologies, Haarlem-based, is seeking a Client Service Specialist on a one-year fixed-term contract to support the EMEA region. You will be the primary operational contact for assigned accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and data integrity to ensure a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client operations, or a similar role within an international environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality day‑to‑day operational service to customers across the EMEA region.
• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts and support order management.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Operations and Finance to support client needs.
• Process transactions, including orders, acknowledgements, returns, and new account setups.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure data integrity.
• Attend daily order management calls and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement initiatives.
