Job summary

Join Euronext Amsterdam NV as a Client Services/Operations Support professional in Amsterdam. You will serve as the central contact for a group of clients on operational matters, manage incidents, and keep clients informed during in-depth analysis.

You will ensure SLA compliance and strengthen quality frameworks while driving process improvements that reduce risk and add long-term value. You will also support development and testing of new products, review specifications, and conduct conformance

Qualifications

• Strong financial background with understanding of client activities.
• Experience in client services or a similar operational support role.
• High standards of service delivery and client relationship building.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management and ability to monitor progress.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, internally and externally.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring efficient incident management and timely escalation of issues.
• Provide ongoing client support, following up on questions or issues until resolution and keeping clients informed when in-depth analysis is required.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes to minimize operational risks and create long-term value.
• Contribute to operational projects, review specifications, support clients in developments and tests, and execute conformance tests with clients.
