Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead, Teammate Relations EMEA to guide employee relations and absence governance across Retail and Corporate in the EMEA region.

The role partners with HRBPs, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal and local vendors to ensure fair, confidential and legally aligned handling of teammate concerns and investigations. • Strong employee relations expertise including investigations, complaints management, corrective action and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ER cases, investigations and workplace concerns; advise leaders and HRBPs on policy and risk mitigation.
• Develop governance for sickness/leave and absence management across EMEA with HR Ops, Payroll, Legal and vendors.
• Create ER playbooks, guidance and training; translate data into insights to reduce risk and improve the employee experience.
