Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a strategic leader to design, govern, and deliver global sales incentive compensation programs across EMEA and Latin America. You will lead a team of compensation professionals and partner with HR, Finance, and commercial leaders to drive growth and data-driven decision making.

You will own incentive program design, governance, analytics, and technology implementation, shaping how commercial success is rewarded and ensuring programs scale with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation, sales compensation, rewards, or related function.
• Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive compensation plans.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience leading sales compensation programs within large multinational organizations.
• Experience with incentive compensation management systems, compensation technologies, and reporting tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales compensation strategy across EMEA and Latin America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and improve sales incentive compensation plans.
• Partner with leaders to develop compensation frameworks, governance, and annual plan strategies.
• Own data management, analytics, reporting, and compliance for incentive programs.
