Qualifications

• 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in technical/mechanical systems, preferably international.
• Strong command of English in written and spoken form.
• Proven ability to travel within assigned territory and work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, and partners to drive regional sales.
• Participate in developing and executing a regional market plan.
• Sell complex solutions and justify value to increase market share.
• Support and train Account Managers with process knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets in volume, price, and margins.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare visit reports and follow-ups.
• Gather competitive intelligence and customer requirements.

An Area Sales Manager - EMEA at JBT Marel will:

• Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations
• Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan for a region
• Drive the sales of complex solutions; justify their value and help increase JBT Marel's market share while meeting customer requirements
• Support and train Account Managers within depth process knowledge
• Be responsible for realizing sales (targets in volume and achieving the best possible price and market share for complex solutions)
• Be responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up (maintaining data in Company CRM systems)
• Collect information on competitors' activities, installed base, requirements, and developments
• Meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals with sales and margins
