Job summary

Everflow is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Amsterdam-based team hybrid, guiding brands across EU and MENA to build successful affiliate programs. You will collaborate with sales, CSM, and marketplace colleagues to set clear expectations and deliver tailored partner strategies.

You will enable brands, coach teams, and match partners across multiple traffic sources and verticals, leveraging your regional fluency in the EMEA market.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs.
• Based in Amsterdam with ability to work in a hybrid setup.
• Strong understanding of multiple traffic sources and partner types.
• Customer-facing mindset focused on client success and impact.

Responsibilities

• Enable brands in EMEA to design competitive affiliate programs.
• Coach sales and CSM teams to position the marketplace effectively.
