Everflow is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our Amsterdam-based team on a hybrid setup. You will enable brands across the EU and MENA to build competitive affiliate programs, coach sales and CSMs, and expertly match partners to fit each brand’s goals across multiple verticals.

The role requires deep knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and a consultative, results-driven approach to help brands succeed on the Everflow marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs across multiple verticals.
• Location: Amsterdam.
• Traffic Source Fluency: strong understanding of partner/traffic source types and evaluating fit for brands.
• Consultative mindset: comfortable guiding brands to success, not just transactional management.
• Communication: translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for brands and internal teams.
• Regional Fluency: familiarity with the EMEA affiliate marketing landscape and European business culture.

About the role

The role is on the demand-side of the Everflow Marketplace focused on helping brands across EU and MENA get ready to succeed on the Everflow marketplace. This is a coach-match-scale role: working directly with sales and CSM teams to set proper expectations with prospective brands, helping existing brands build competitive, well-structured affiliate programs, and matching them with the right partners. The role reports to the Head of Marketplace - Advertisers, and works closely with sales, customer success, and the broader marketplace team across regions.

This role is based in Amsterdam and is expected to work hybrid alongside the local team.

What you'll do

• Brand Enablement: Work directly with EMEA brands to close the gap between what they expect from an affiliate program and what it actually takes to succeed - competitive offer structuring, partner readiness, and program strategy.
• Sales & CSM Support: Coach EMEA sales reps and CSMs on how to position the marketplace and have informed program-level conversations with prospects and clients, replicating training practices already established on the US side (Office Hours, enablement tooling, matching support).
• Partner Matching: Understand the nuances of different traffic sources - media buyers, content and review sites, email, coupon and deal, comparison sites, and more - and know which questions and concerns to ask to match brands with partners who are the right fit for their vertical and goals.
• Cross-Vertical Fluency: Work across multiple verticals (example: GLP-1/Telehealth, Consumer Finance, Supplements, DTC/Ecom, Lead Gen), adapting affiliate strategy and partner recommendations to what each vertical actually needs.
• Local Market Expertise: Bring an understanding of EMEA-specific business norms and localization needs - a market that moves differently than the Americas and requires a partner/JV who understands it firsthand.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs, ideally across multiple verticals rather than a single niche.
• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam.
• Traffic Source Fluency: Strong understanding of different partner/traffic source types (media buyers, content & review, email, coupon & deal, comparison sites, loyalty & cashback, social & native) and how to evaluate fit for a given brand.
• Consultative Mindset: Comfortable acting as a guide for brands - genuinely invested in client success, not just transactional account management.
• Communication: Able to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for both brands and internal sales/CSM teams; comfortable teaching and coaching others.
• Regional Fluency: Familiarity with the EMEA affiliate marketing landscape and the localization expectations common in European business culture.
