Job summary

Everflow, a SaaS Partner Marketing platform, is seeking a driven Affiliate Manager based in Amsterdam to drive brand enablement and partner matching across EU/EMEA markets. You will collaborate with sales, CSM, and marketplace teams to set expectations, structure programs, and ensure successful partner alignment.

You will coach sales reps and CSMs on marketplace positioning, while leveraging your knowledge of various traffic sources to place brands with the right partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs.
• Location based in Amsterdam.
• Strong understanding of different partner/traffic source types (media buyers, content & review, email, coupon & deal, comparison sites, loyalty & cashback, social & native).
• Comfortable teaching and coaching others and translating platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Brand enablement: work with EMEA brands to set expectations and structure affiliate programs.
• Sales & CSM support: coach sales reps and CSMs on marketplace positioning for prospects and clients.
• Partner matching: assess traffic sources and match brands with suitable partners.
• Cross-Vertical fluency: adapt affiliate strategy across multiple verticals.
• Local market expertise: understand EMEA business norms and localization needs for partners.
