Job summary

Stryker is seeking a strategic leader to own the AIS portfolio across EMEA, shaping the strategy, portfolio and market execution. You will drive the annual plan, craft a 3-5 year roadmap, and lead regional product management from launch to phase-out.

The role requires partnering with divisional teams and physicians to ensure adoption and portfolio growth. You will own branding, pricing, and market insights to strengthen our position across the stroke pathway, coordinating with technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• Medical device or marketing experience desired.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting timelines.
• Ability to persuade without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA AIS business strategy and where to compete.
• Understand clinical and technical needs to shape strategy and portfolio.
• Build annual marketing plan and a 3-5 year roadmap.
• Own regional product management and lifecycle from launch to retirement.
• Own branding, messaging, positioning and pricing.
• Lead launches and ensure market adoption.
• Collaborate with divisional teams to grow via new products and extensions.
• Partner with physicians and stroke teams; support evidence generation.
• Turn strategy into field-ready plans with tools and tactics.
• Own sales, share, price, margin and brand perception; monitor performance.
