Zusammenfassung

TGW Northern Europe in the Netherlands is hiring for a hands-on maintenance engineer to support the automation at the new 60,000 m2 distribution center in Heerlen. You will handle electrical and mechanical fault finding, perform preventive maintenance, and help run the shift pattern as operations expand.

You'll work in a safety-first, high-pace environment, mentor apprentices, and contribute to continuous improvement while using CMMS and other project systems.

Qualifikationen

• MBO-3 Engineering diploma or equivalent with broad knowledge of mechanics, electrical and control systems.
• Electrical qualification at MBO-2 level if the diploma is not electrical.
• Experience in an operational engineering role within a similar environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and time-critical work capability.

Aufgaben

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and resolve complex breakdowns in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintain high housekeeping and adhere to safety standards.
• Support automation to operate at maximum efficiency and complete shift maintenance reports in CMMS/DART/SAV.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through root-cause analyses and design modifications.
• Mentor apprentices and technicians on the site.
