Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for LV/MV electrical distribution, smart grid, and energy automation in international datacenter projects. You will lead electrical site activities, manage contractors, and ensure quality and safety across projects with global travel.

Ideal candidates hold an MBO/HBO in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical installations/site management, and have strong MV knowledge.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installations/site management.
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience in datacenters, industrial projects, or energy environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating all electrical site activities.
• Managing contractors and subcontractors during project execution.
• Supervising installation, commissioning, and site progress.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and project standards.
• Monitoring planning, budget, risks, and project milestones.

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site installation activities related to Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical distribution systems, smart grid solutions, and energy automation systems within international datacenter projects.

Your responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating all electrical site activities
• Managing contractors and subcontractors during project execution
• Supervising installation, commissioning, and site progress
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and project standards
• Monitoring planning, budget, risks, and project milestones

• Supporting the successful delivery of complex MV and datacenter infrastructure projects

Your profile

• MBO/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Minimum 3 years of experience within electrical installations/site management
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage systems and electrical infrastructure
• Experience within datacenters, industrial projects, or energy environments is a strong plus
• Willingness to work internationally (3 weeks abroad / 1 week home)
• EU passport and driver’s license required
