Job summary

Aurorium seeks an EHS&Q Manager to lead site health, safety, and quality programs across the location in Geleen. You will drive compliance with local and corporate requirements, oversee audits, and promote a proactive safety culture.

The role requires a strong background in health and safety with chemistry/engineering, at least five years in a chemical production setting, and experience leading a technical team. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Health and Safety with relevant chemistry/engineering background.
• Minimum 5+ years in production/operations in the chemical industry in the Netherlands.
• Experience coaching and leading a small technical team; ISO quality management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external ESH&Q audits, inspections, and recordkeeping.
• Perform industrial hygiene monitoring and assessments.
• Oversee safety and quality programs at own site and tolling sites.
• Manage safety training and incident investigations.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and audits with authorities.
