Job summary

Neways Electronics International in the Netherlands seeks a QESH Manager to lead quality, environment, safety and health initiatives across our Son, Echt, and Nijmegen sites. You will translate strategy into KPIs and drive improvements with the Management Team.

You will manage a team of about 20 QESH professionals, ensure ISO 9001/13485 and IATF 16949 compliance, and partner with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in a comparable technical manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across locations.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ISO 14971 and MDR is a strong advantage.
• Experience with certification processes, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment processes and legislation.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and analytical mindset.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QESH strategy across Son, Echt, and Nijmegen.
• Lead and develop a team of about 20 QESH professionals.
• Maintain and improve multi-site management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and other standards.
• Lead internal, external, and certification audits.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, cert bodies, and others.
• Own the ESH policy and collaborate with HSE Coordinator and Prevention Officers.
• Analyze performance, risks, and trends; report to MD and Management Team.
• Lead strategic projects to grow and professionalize the org.
