Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a QESH Manager to lead quality, environment, safety and health across our Son, Echt and Nijmegen sites. You will report to the Managing Director and sit on the Management Team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.

You will manage a team of about 20 professionals, shape strategy, coordinate audits, and partner with customers, suppliers and certification bodies to sustain operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 10 years in a comparable technical manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role with multi-location teams.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with certification processes, audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, safeguard, and execute the QESH strategy across Son, Echt, and Nijmegen sites.
• Lead a ~20 person QESH team and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain and improve management systems across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead certification audits and manage relationships with stakeholders.
