Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO+ or HBO level in logistics or industrial/business engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with warehousing and distribution is preferred.
• Ability to lead in a 5-shift schedule and in cleanroom contexts.

Responsibilities

• People management: Manages team, coaches members, ensures required resource levels and engagement.
• Daily Performance Management: Observes execution and resolves issues to prevent recurrence.
• Tactical Performance Management: Define, attune, measure and report SLA/performance to internal customers.
• Quality & Safety: Safeguard tool quality and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Improvement: Initiate improvements with WTLO Engineers and other departments.
• Planning: Set priorities per SLA and anticipate bottlenecks; act with urgency as needed.
