Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably within automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering from formal training or hands-on industry experience.
• Experience in system architecture development translating requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into clear, prioritized functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Develop and maintain system architecture, system elements, and interface definitions while conducting design reviews.
• Perform system modeling, simulations, and trade-off analyses to support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, functional safety, cybersecurity, electrical and mechanical engineering, verification, and project management.
