In this role, you will translate stakeholder requirements into system specifications and design definitions. This involves decomposing the system into elements, defining interactions and interfaces (including with the environment and users), and selecting appropriate technologies and resources for implementation. Additionally, you will assess system feasibility and perform risk assessments to ensure the complete system meets stakeholder expectations.
Education: BSc in a technical discipline (preferably Systems-, Automotive-, Software-, or Electrical Engineering). 3-5 years of experience as a systems engineer, preferably in the automotive, heavy equipment or the agricultural industry. Knowledge of requirements engineering, either gained through a course/training, or proven experience gained on-the-job during your professional career. Knowledge of system architectural design, either gained through a course/training, or proven experience gained on-the-job during your professional career. Familiarity with requirements management tools (Doors NG, Polarion or similar) and system modeling tools (SMW/Capella or similar). Nice‑to‑have: Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cyber Security (ISO 21434), ASPICE, UNE ECE R46, MBSE, field of view studies, camera image pipelines, image recognition or image stitching.
