Catalyzed is a Rotterdam-based ecommerce agency hiring an eCommerce & CRO Manager. This full-time, 100% remote role puts you in charge of several Shopify accounts, coordinating planning and CRO tests with senior specialists and founders. You will drive measurable growth and own client outcomes with tight execution.

You will lead client calls, craft briefs, report monthly results, and contribute hands-on to SEO and copy. Fluent English required; Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple ecommerce accounts at an agency or scaling brand.
• Strong Shopify knowledge and experience with Klaviyo and Rebuy.
• Ability to explain test results to founders concisely and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead biweekly client calls and be the go-to contact for accounts.
• Oversee planning with design, dev, and copy, ensuring on-time live deployments.
• Run CRO cycles with the team: brief, test, launch, report results to clients.
• Deliver monthly client updates detailing actions and delivered outcomes.
• Contribute hands-on to SEO, collection copy, translations, Shopify fixes and BFCM planning.

As eCommerce & CRO Manager you own a handful of accounts end to end. You are the client's go-to, you keep the planning tight, and you run the tests that move the numbers. You work with heavy hitters: senior specialists and founders who have taken stores from zero to millions.

Responsibilities

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Be the go-to for your clients: you lead the biweekly calls, and they hear from you before they have to ask.
• Run the planning: brief design, dev and copy, and make sure it goes live on time and right.
• Run the CRO cycle with our specialists: test brief, launch, and a result update the client can decide on.
• Send every client a monthly update that says what we did and what it delivered.
• Get your hands dirty: SEO and collection copy, translations, small Shopify fixes, BFCM planning.

Your goal: turn every account you run into a case we want on our website.

Requirements

You bring the overview. And the dirty-hands mentality to get it live.

• You have run several e-commerce clients or projects at once, at an agency or a scaling brand.
• Shopify is your home turf. Klaviyo and Rebuy are no strangers.
• You can explain an A/B test result to a founder in two sentences.
• You write clear briefings, updates and copy, and you are confident on a client call.
• You bring structure to chaos, so everyone knows what to do (including you).
• Senior, without the ego.

Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
