Job summary

EcomTraffic Agency B.V. is seeking an experienced CRO professional to own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for Shopify brands. You will translate research into experiments and collaborate with researchers, designers, and developers to turn ideas into measurable results.

In this role you’ll lead client calls, present findings, and guide decisions with data-driven insights. You’ll work with the team to maintain momentum on test launches and apply AI to improve research and workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in ecommerce CRO and A/B testing with owned experiments.
• Strong understanding of customer psychology and analytics.

We’re looking for an experienced CRO professional who has managed testing roadmaps, led client conversations, and turned research into experiments. You’ll own the CRO strategy and work with our researcher, designers, and developers to bring your ideas to life.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Own the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for your clients.
• Turn customer research and funnel data into clear, prioritised hypotheses.
• Brief designers and developers on experiments, landing pages, and improvements.
• Lead client calls, present ideas, and guide decisions with confidence.
• Work with our operations team to keep feedback, approvals, and test launches moving.
• Evaluate experiments, communicate results, and turn learnings into the next opportunity.

You bring the curiosity. And the ability to turn it into action.

• Proven hands‑on experience in e‑commerce CRO and A/B testing, with examples of experiments you’ve owned from hypothesis to analysis.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and an understanding of customer psychology.
• A solid grasp of testing statistics and how to interpret results.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• An independent, organised working style with ownership and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Intelligems or similar tools.
• Curiosity about using AI to improve research, analysis, and your workflow.
