Job summary

Catalyzed is the Rotterdam e-commerce agency that helps online stores scale for real, with sharp strategy and tight execution.

As UX Designer you turn CRO insights and test briefs into product pages, carts and landing pages that convert. Fully remote with flexible hours, you’ll work with strategists, CRO specialists and developers who move fast and ship live. You will own the design from brief to live and learn from real practitioners every day.

Qualifications

• Proven UX experience in e-commerce focused on conversion and mobile.
• Figma at a high level: components, auto layout, variants.
• Portfolio with Shopify or D2C work.
• Explain design choices with data or user insights.
• CRO or A/B testing experience is a strong plus.
• You work independently and own your work from brief to live.

• Design test variants for product pages, collections, carts and landing pages.
• Turn CRO findings and test briefs into designs that can be built and measured.
• Work in Figma, inside each client's design system, with a handover developers love.
• Take short, visual feedback rounds and iterate fast. No 40-page PDFs.
• Turn what wins into patterns we reuse across clients.

Requirements

You bring the eye. And the curiosity about why people buy.

• Proven UX experience in e-commerce: conversion first, mobile first, clarity over decoration.
• Figma at a high level: components, auto layout, variants.
• A portfolio with Shopify or D2C work.
• You can explain a design choice with data or a user insight, not just taste.
• CRO or A/B testing experience is a strong plus.
• You work independently and own your work from brief to live.

Fluent English is required. Dutch is a plus.
