Job summary

Wellis Health is seeking a CRM Specialist to ensure customers receive timely, relevant messages across channels, supporting onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and reactivation. You will join the Retention & Reactivation team and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Operations, Customer Care, Product, Data, and Content.

You will translate customer behaviour and medical guidelines into clear journeys, segments, tests, and campaign improvements, delivering measurable impact on engagement,

Qualifications

• Core marketing focus with CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Ability to map customer journeys and design targeted campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand, medical guidelines and business goals.
• Collaborate with Medical, Care, Product, Data teams to translate insights into flows.
• Build audience segments based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and value.
• Set up automated journeys for disengaged, high-potential, or at-risk customers.
• Test subject lines, copy, send times, and channels to improve metrics.
• Track metrics (open/click, retention, reactivation, revenue) and report impact.
• Build and QA CRM workflows with high precision.
• Maintain deliverability, audience health, and campaign calendars.
