Job summary

Studio Noos is seeking a CRM & Retention Manager to elevate customer relationships across a growing brand. You’ll think strategically about customer value while building smart flows, testing emails and analyzing segmentation.

You’ll have substantial freedom and responsibility to advance CRM, ensuring strong content and flawless execution. You’ll partner with e-commerce, content and performance teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey from first purchase to loyalty, with a data-driven mindset

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or customer retention.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience collaborating with e-commerce, content and performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear CRM & loyalty plan on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Set up, test and send newsletters and campaign emails.
• Build and optimise email flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back).
• Segment by country, life stage or behaviour and personalise campaigns.
• Set up and optimise A/B tests on content, timing and subject lines.
