Primary Montessori Lead Guide (Ages 4–6) at Private Bilingual School

Full-time · Start: June–August 2026

About Seeker

We’re opening a private, bilingual (English–Dutch) Montessori school in Eindhoven (September 2026). We believe that each child has a unique potential to make the world a better place and we want to help them become the people to do it. Your craft and judgment will shape a joyful, high-standards culture from day one.

The role

As the lead guide for our 4–6 age group (target: 24 children) you will:

• Help design and launch a brand-new 4-6 age group environment: layout, material readiness, and daily flow that protects long, uninterrupted work cycles.
• Present key materials across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Culture; curate extensions and individualized work plans.
• Actively shape the classroom culture to align seamlessly with Seeker Education's values and guiding principles.
• Observe & document daily in Transparent Classroom (or similar), producing clear parent updates and termly portfolios.
• Partner with English speaking guide and classroom assistant in our dual-language model.

We seek someone:

• Required: Pabo teaching qualification (or EU-equivalent that confers primary teaching authority in NL).
• Required: AMI Montessori Diploma 3–6 (preferred) or equivalent.
• Preferred: qualification to provide gym classes to ages 4-6.
• Experience: 3+ years in a Montessori 3–6 classroom (more is welcome, new classroom set-up experience is a plus).
• Excited to help build a classroom from scratch—turning a blank space into a wonderful child‑centered Montessori environment.
• Family partnership: Clear, warm communication; while upholding Seeker standards and Montessori principles.
• Organized, with professional work habits.
• Dedicated to nurturing each child's unique potential and skilled at carefully observing and responding to children's individual needs and interests.
• This opening is for the Dutch speaking guide; strong competence in English is a plus.
