Job summary

IBFD, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to own end-to-end delivery of the platform within the Tech & Data Department. You will guide architecture, governance and engineering practices while aligning with product goals.

In this role you will mentor engineers, manage ALM/CI‑CD, and drive security, data governance and release readiness to support marketing, sales, finance and customer success with reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) in delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of scalable enterprise patterns and decisions.
• Hands-on ALM, CI/CD pipelines and release management across environments.
• Experience implementing security models including identity and RBAC.
• Ability to translate product roadmap items into delivery plans with timelines.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, risks and platform constraints.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum) and ITIL/service management basics.
• Proven leadership and mentorship of engineers; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dynamics 365 technical direction, aligning with business goals and product needs.
• Own deployment approaches and manage ALM/CI‑CD for controlled releases.
• Set engineering quality standards, testing strategy and security practices.
• Mentor engineers, oversee hiring and onboarding of Dynamics talent.
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling, practices and delivery velocity.
