Job summary

IBFD’s Tech & Data Department seeks a Dynamics 365 technical lead to shape the platform, ensure stability, and guide a team of engineers. You will drive architectural direction, governance, and secure, scalable delivery aligned with business goals, while mentoring staff and fostering continuous improvement.

Hybrid working arrangement, with opportunities for international collaboration and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) and the Power Platform in a delivery-focused role.
• Strong understanding of scalable solution design and enterprise patterns.
• Hands-on experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and release management across Dev, Test, Prod.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security models, including identity, role-based access, and least-privilege principles.
• Ability to translate product roadmap items into realistic technical delivery plans.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, risks, and platform constraints in complex environments.
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum) methods; ITIL/service management is a plus.
• Experience applying platform governance practices (Power Platform, environments, controls).
• Strong background in production support, including incident management and root cause analysis.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership – Lead the Dynamics 365 technical direction and partner with Product Manager.
• Release Governance & Platform Health – Own deployment, ALM/CI-CD pipelines, and production stability.
• Quality & Security Engineering – Set quality standards and security practices to keep upgrade-ready platforms.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead, mentor, and onboard Dynamics talent; reduce external dependencies.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation – Identify and implement improvements to tooling and ways of working.
