Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions, developing new opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients in Amsterdam.

You will work with customers and partners, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and channel teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Software Sales roles.
• Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP technologies preferred.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Work directly with customers and partner organisations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
