Responsibilities

• Design and implement the technical architecture for Dynamics365 Customer Engagement solutions, following best practices and standards.
• Integrate Dynamics365 Customer Engagement with other business applications using various technologies and platforms.
• Review the technical deliverables of the development team and provide feedback and guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Document the technical design and architecture, as well as any changes or enhancements.
• Mentor and coach junior developers and architects on the team.
• Support our customers in meeting their goals and performing their digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to understand complex business problems and provide effective solutions.
• Consulting experience in delivering CRM projects across various industries and domains.
• Technology expertise in the Dynamics365 Customer Engagement domain, including configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
• Related technology skills such as .NETC#, Power Platform or Dataverse for low‑code development, Azure Logic Apps or PowerAutomate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ownership of the overall technical solution and relations with customer stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
