Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience in delivery-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of scalable solution design and enterprise patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dynamics 365 technical direction, align with product goals, guide the team.
• Own deployment approaches, ALM/CI-CD pipelines, and production health.
• Set engineering quality standards and ensure security/compliance-by-design.
• Mentor engineers and oversee hiring/onboarding of Dynamics talent.
• Identify improvements to development practices and tooling to boost velocity.
