Job summary

Novotel Amsterdam City is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee guest experiences and daily operations during morning or evening shifts. You’ll move confidently through guest contact, operations, and problem‑solving to create memorable stays.

You will analyse guest feedback, coordinate with department heads, and lead safety rounds to maintain service standards and crisis response while working closely with a renowned Accor brand.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented Duty Manager capable of handling unexpected turns during the day.
• Proactive, decisive, and persuasive with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible to morning, evening shifts and weekends; able to manage multiple tasks.

• Analyze guest reviews and ensure timely responses.
• Address complaints and opportunities to improve service quality.
• Ensure ALL members feel at home and oversee departmental collaboration.
